We hope you are looking forward to the Labor Day Party barge that takes place on Sunday, September 3rd. This is a rain or shine event, and we have included event details and information below.

BUS PICKUP INFO
South Pickup: The pick-up location is in the parking lot of Doc's Backyard located at 5207 Brodie Ln, 78745. A SSC employee will be on-site checking everyone beginning at 10:15am and the bus will depart at 10:45am. A valid photo ID must be shown in order to board the bus and the barge - no exceptions will be made.
BOARDING
We will begin boarding the barge at 11:45am and everyone must be on the barges by 12:15pm. Please print or have your receipt/email confirmation ready on your phone (which serves as your proof of purchase) and bring your photo ID. Should we arrive early, please wait on the dock as we will need everyone to sign a waiver while we check ID's. A valid photo ID must be shown in order to board the bus and the barge - no exceptions will be made.
Tickets can no longer be transferred or sold. The name on our list must match the ID. The boat company for liability purposes requires this.
DOCK DEPARTURE
The party barge will roughly end around 4:00pm and the bus will leave the Marina back to Doc' Backyard around 4:30/5:00pm.
WHAT TO BRING
- You are permitted to bring floats, food, beer, water, or any other beverages you wish. NO GLASS.
- Coolers: small sizes only are permitted (12 pack size). Large coolers will not be allowed on board the bus.
- We will have larger coolers onsite for everyone to use at the marina.
- Jello shots are allowed, but due to littering concerns by the barge company and the LCRA, we must ask that you do not bring Jello shot containers.
- We will supply music for the trip, and since this is centralized, we will be unable to play any personal CD's or ipods.
- As an important safety policy, throwing beer cans from the boat into the water is prohibited. Those caught doing so will be removed from the barge by APD boat patrol.
