We hope you are looking forward to the Labor Day Party Barge on Sunday, September 3rd. This is a rain or shine event, and we have included event details and information below.

**The Party Barge is BYOB and more information on what is allowed to be brought onto the boat is listed below**

BOARDING

We will begin boarding at 11:45am and everyone must be on the barges by 12:15pm. Please print your receipt/email confirmation or have it ready on your phone (which serves as your proof of purchase) and bring your photo ID. Should you arrive early, please wait on the dock as we will need everyone to sign a waiver while we check ID's. A valid photo ID must be shown in order to board the bus and the barge - no exceptions will be made.

The party barge will end around 4:00pm.

**Tickets can no longer be transferred or sold. The name on our list must match the ID. The boat company for liability purposes requires this.**

WHAT TO BRING

- You are permitted to bring floats, food, beer, water, or any other beverages you wish. NO GLASS.
- Coolers: small sizes only are permitted (12 pack size). Large coolers will not be allowed on board.
- We will have larger coolers onsite at the marina for everyone to use.
- Jello shots are allowed, but due to littering concerns by the barge company and the LCRA, we must ask that you do not bring Jello shot containers.
- We will supply music for the trip, and since this is centralized, we will be unable to play any personal CD's or ipods.
- As an important safety policy, throwing beer cans from the boat into the water is prohibited. Those caught doing so will be removed from the barge by APD boat patrol.

PARKING/MARINA ENTRY

Entrance into the marina is $7 per car. This includes parking and being dropped off. All barge goers must pay the fee to enter into the marina. If you're walking into the marina it's $3 per person but if you are ubering as a group to the Marina the entry would be $7 total for the car so we would recommend having your driver drop you off close to the front so you can unload any coolers and receive a cheaper entry rate.
